The tech billionaires all belong in either jail or hospitals for the criminally insane. The harm they do is endless, from child suicides, patriarchal politics, to climate disasters. It is time to stop the madness. More regulation is just a first step.
I read that Mark & his wife have set up some kind of gated community for themselves, relatives & friends with its own closed school system. If this is correct he's even more uncaring and even actually cruel, making money from manipulated children while supporting the grossest form of elitism for their own kids.
Yet another example showing the downstream consequences of aggressive capitalism and profit motive. We also learned recently that a child died after he was encouraged by ChatGPT to commit suicide. These are disgusting abuses that shouldn’t be overlooked. Any parent needs to be aware of these things. I read recently about COPPA 2.0 introduced by Sen. Markey - it would behoove lawmakers to take social media and AI into consideration, if not done so already.
As our legal system is constantly under attack at this time & unsupported by the federal government, we have to count on these cases to interpret and enforce the law.
It is appalling that commerce is described is targeting minors and government is failing to protect children and minors.
